no diagnosing ,programming,service,or any communication. Had to use Launch x431 to read code and view live data. Please look into this Autel, I realize much attention and energy is being spent on new cars but please understand that many older European models are on the road and still need maintenance.

 No ,didn't try it, I didn't think I needed to, but I will in the future, thanks for the note, but I just purchased a launch scan pad 071 for issues like this.. I spoke to a good friend of mine that runs a shop in Florida and he says the Launch never has that issue, plus it is good to have another source ..my smaller Launch connected no problem at the obd16 port. On another note, I just went to the Launch forum, it is a open forum like Autels' , there you can find software capacity on several makes and models and also issues of concern..here is the link   http://www.launch.activeboard.com/t55968462/scanpad-071-android-tablet/ so as you can see it isn't any different as Autels' and I believe both may look at these sites for competitive needs.
